Welcome to 17 1st Streets in White Sands Alberta. This very affordable 3 season cabin has 2 bedrooms, a 3 piece bathroom, and a nice wide open space for the living room and kitchen. There is a functional wood burning stove, so you can stay nice and toasty on those cold nights. This cabin has been used in the winter, but the septic and water is not set up for the winter months. Hence the included porta potty. This property has a 1250 gal. septic tank, an above ground poli water tank, power, and natural gas is at the road. Outside this cabin has a wrap around deck on the north and west side (most of it rebuilt last year). There are lots of trees in the front and back, for plenty of privacy, and it is municipal reserve in behind the property. With a little TLC this cabin could be an awesome getaway, or just keep it rustic and enjoy as is. White Sands has some of the best beaches on Buffalo Lake, and it is only a short walk down the block. You can enjoy all sorts of watersports, swimming, hiking, and much more in the summer. White Sands also has lots to do in the winter including, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, ice fishing, skating, and there was even an outdoor curling rink made this year.
